Ecstatic Dance Portland: ZANA PRANA

We will start at 7pm with an Embodied Yoga & Movement workshop led by Shaunna Sutcliffe (@shaunnasavestheplanet). Enjoy a playful, unique, yoga class with Shaunna Sutcliffe, Owner & Yoga Therapeutic Coach at Rising Tide Wellness (www.risingtidewellness.org). We will breathe, stretch, play, jump and move, getting you embodied and ready for your dance journey ahead.  

From there we will move into our ecstatic dance set and sound healing journey from Zana Prana (@zana.prana) (https://soundcloud.com/zanaprana). Zana Prana is a DJ, Singer, and sonic shapeshifter from Aotearoa, New Zealand. Known for her earth-shaking bass drops, ethereal vocals, and live sound journeys, she blends orchestral rhythms with future bass & beats to craft raw, real, and ritualistic journeys on the dancefloor. Her sets hit deep — awakening something ancient, alive, and true. A unique avatar making ripples around the world with her ability to curate otherworldly soundscapes that drop jaws.
