This event will be indoors with plenty of space for everyone. The surface is concrete, so be sure to bring a comfortable mat/pad and plenty of blankets and warm layers, sleeping bag suggested. Tea and drinking water will be provided. Please consider carpooling.
Please bring the following Theta Portal Supplies:
-Yoga mat or sleeping pad to lie down on
-Sleeping Bag or Blankets
-Small pillow or neck roll
-An eye cover (pillowcases work well)
-Your journal (if you wish)
-Metal or plastic water bottle & tea mug

We know your kiddos and fur-babies are awesome, but this event is not quite the right setting to include them. If you have an older child that is keenly interested in participating, please contact us to discuss. Thanks for understanding!
