The Den celebration

All event rentals come with set up and tear down of our furniture, an event lead, seasonally available parking spaces in our private lot (recommended for your vendors), various furniture, a floor plan, and an agenda.

Need ideas? Choose from available Den furnishings to help create a cozier rental experience, and to reduce your reliance on rental furniture. Use the Foyer LED TV screen for your rolling slides and/or graphics to create a professional welcome experience for your guests. You can choose from our wide range of amenity upgrades such as chavet rechargeable up lights and diverse AV packages including professional sound or PA system, microphones, podium, video mapping, and projection integration for your device. The Den will also provide an event manager who will guide you through a floor plan and event agenda. Full bar, decoration & set design, event ticketing, and box office are available upon request.

Show rental periods are as follows: 4 hours for load in, 5 hour show time, 2 hours for load out. We request that you allow enough time to complete your load in and load out of all set and staging items, decor, and vendor materials.

Private rental periods are for a maximum of 12 hours, however we do offer the option of adding additional time at an hourly rate. We request that you allow enough time to complete your load in and load out of all personal items, decor, and vendor materials.

Menus

The Den offers expert mixologists and serving staff. We can incorporate our existing seasonal menu into any show or customize your bar offerings with a wide range of selections offered by our local distributors. Our bar is contactless and does not accept cash. All major credit cards are accepted.
